Detailed Itinerary Day By Day

Day 1: Hotel to Mti Mkubwa Camp

On the first day of your 8 Days Lemosho Route Kilimanjaro Climb, your adventure begins with a transfer from your hotel to the Lemosho trailhead, located at an elevation of approximately 2,100 meters (6,890 feet). After registration at the gate, you will begin your trek through the lush rainforest.

The path is vibrant with diverse plant life, including yellow-barked olive trees and giant heather. As you walk, you may encounter various bird species and even monkeys swinging through the trees. The ascent to Mti Mkubwa Camp takes around 3-4 hours.
