Day 1: Tarangire National Park

Your 2 Days perfect Lake Manyara and Tarangire national parkbegins with a morning departure from Arusha, driving approximately two hours to reach the gates of Tarangire National Park. Often called the "Home of Elephants," this park is renowned for having some of the highest concentrations of these majestic giants in Tanzania. As you embark on your first game drive, you will immediately notice the iconic, centuries-old baobab trees that dominate the horizon. The Tarangire River serves as a primary water source, attracting a vibrant array of wildlife including giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and various predators like lions and leopards. After a picnic lunch at a scenic overlook, you will continue exploring the park's diverse landscapes before heading to your accommodation near Lake Manyara for dinner and rest.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

After an early breakfast, you will drive into Lake Manyara National Park, a gem nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. This park is famous for its diverse habitats, starting with a dense groundwater forest home to large troops of baboons and blue monkeys. As the forest opens up into acacia woodlands, keep a sharp eye on the branches for the park’s legendary tree-climbing lions. The alkaline lake itself covers two-thirds of the park and is often fringed with thousands of pink flamingos and other aquatic birds like pelicans and storks. Throughout the day, you may also encounter hippos wallowing in pools and herds of buffalo grazing on the grassy plains. In the late afternoon, you will begin your return journey to Arusha
